Section 2.1

Registration Eligibility

To create an account at bu33, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must provide genuine and accurate personal information.
• Each individual may operate only one account.
• Online gaming must not be legally prohibited in the area or country where you reside.

Section 2.2

Accuracy of Account Information

All information provided at the time of account registration — including name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number — must be completely true and accurate. Providing false information may result in the account being suspended or permanently closed and the associated balance being forfeited.

bu33 may at any time request a copy of a national identity card or passport as part of the identity verification (KYC) process. If requested, documents must be provided within the specified time.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. bu33 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Typical withdrawal time: 5 to 30 minutes

Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits depend on your VIP level and verification status. If verification is not completed, there may be delays in the withdrawal process.

Transaction Security

bu33 keeps all financial transactions secured through SSL encryption technology. If you experience any problem with a financial transaction, contact support immediately. It is recommended that you save the transaction receipt or screenshot.

Section 3.4

Third-Party Transactions

The account holder must use a payment method registered in their own name. Making deposits or withdrawals using another person's mobile banking account or card is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may result in account cancellation and balance forfeiture.

Section 4.1

Welcome Bonus Terms

• To receive the bonus, the first deposit amount must be at least ৳300.
• The total amount of bonus and deposit will be withdrawable after wagering 10 times.
• Each user will receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Any withdrawal request while a bonus is active will cancel the bonus.

Other Promotions and Offers

bu33 periodically provides various special offers, reload bonuses, tournament prizes, and seasonal promotions. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page. If promotion terms are not met, the bonus may be cancelled.

Technical Errors

If any game is left incomplete due to a server error, network disconnection, or any other technical issue, bu33 will determine the outcome according to its own rules. In the case of a valid technical error, the relevant bet may be cancelled.

Cricket and Sports Betting

The following applies when betting on cricket, football, or other sports events:

• Bets will be settled after the official announcement of the event result.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet may be refunded.
• If irregular or unusual activity is detected in live betting, the relevant bet will be cancelled.
• bu33 betting rules apply to all international and domestic tournaments including BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL.

VIP Levels and Benefits

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Section 6.2

VIP Level Progression

Users' VIP levels are automatically upgraded based on the amount and consistency of play. bu33 evaluates each level's progress and determines the applicable cashback. Contact support for more details about VIP benefits.

Section 6.3

Cashback Calculation and Payment

Cashback is calculated at the end of each week and credited to the account within a set time. There is no additional wagering requirement on the cashback balance. bu33 reserves the right to change cashback rates or terms at any time.

Account-Related Prohibitions

• Creating an account under a false identity or in another person's name
• Operating multiple accounts
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor
• Transferring or selling an account to a third party

Financial Misconduct

• Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities
• Making transactions using another person's payment method
• Attempting chargebacks or payment fraud
• Coordinated efforts to abuse bonuses

Gaming Misconduct

• Attempting to hack or exploit the game system
• Using bots or automated software
• Being involved in match selling or match fixing
• Colluding or manipulating against other players
